Attached is the Adobe Acrobat booklet copy of the Community Resource Guide put together by Lakewood Dept. of Human Services. It is 60 pages long as a result of being very detailed and complete for not just Lakewood listings, but all of Cuyahoga County agencies and organizations that serve Lakewood residents.

This Directory is due for an update and some content may be outdated (such as contact person). If anyone has any new or updated information for any of the listings found in this directory The Lakewood Family Collaborative Group would appreciate you replying to this post with new info.
